Hot Springs is a very small area, but has great outdoor adventures! If you are in town, I highly recommend visiting Avant Crystal Mining and Wegner Phantom Quartz Mine because the people are fabulous and the experience of mining your own crystals is one-of-a-kind. I also recommend visiting Lake Catherine State Park!

Absolutely luv the historic area with bathhouse row and the Iconic Arlington Hotel!
Restaurants and shops for anything you would like. The mountains are just beautiful and add in all the fabulous lakes in area and you will find all sorts of activities to do. Just wonderful.
Oh and also don’t forget this area was the original home of baseballs spring training with much history not be seen here.

We loved using one of the bath houses.
We loved using one of the bath houses. We also like having a beer at the brewery inside Hot Springs national Park. We ate at Rolandos two times. Both times were excellent. We hiked to the waterfall at Lake Catherine and hiked to the tower inside the park. The old town is nice to stroll and look at shopping. We filled up a container with water from the springs at the free town water station. The bath tub races in June were a lot of fun. Nice area for a long weekend.
If you're coming to Hot Springs for horse racing at Oaklawn Park, this place can't be beat! Directly across the street from Oaklawn track and casino! Just walk across the crosswalk (and there's a light and traffic actually stops!) - no hassle with finding parking or battling traffic - and much cheaper than the Oaklawn Park hotel! This hotel is also a very convenient drive to downtown Hot Springs and all the tourist attractions. Also, the cafeteria style breakfast was fantastic and the serving staff were so friendly!
The hotel is a historic building so you get to enjoy the vintage atmosphere from Hot Springs. The hotel is at the best location in the town, being from walking distance from restaurants, bath houses and shops. But you can easily just enjoy the weekend by staying at the hotel all the time: they have a SPA inside the hotel and live music at the weekends. The common spaces at the hotel at very nice: the pool, the lobby bar. Breakfast is great. Room are very clean and beds/pillows are VERY comfortable.
Very clean. Great location! Next to The Ohio Club. Easy walking to bath houses, stores, shops, attractions. Staff at the hotel were very professional, friendly, and accomodating. We went to The Rooftop Restaurant at The Waters on another Hot Springs trip in the summertime, and we really liked it. Would be so convenient if staying at The Waters. It had good food, drinks, and a lovely atmosphere and view.
Located within walking distance to shopping and eateries. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean, fit the age of the hotel i.e. the bathroom was sparse, the carpet aged and the door is an actual key. The room is scented beautifully, there is a ceiling fan; cannot adjust the temperature but you can turn on/off. This is an old, massive hotel with tons of charm.
I loved the walkable distance to Bathhouse row. I also loved the ability to easily get in my car from the parking garage and drive to other places in hot springs! All the staff were super nice and it was pretty quiet during my stay. I liked that the hotel provided free breakfast as an option in the morning.
There was no breakfast. But innkeeper tried to please us by upgrading our room as the first one shown wasn't up to our expectations. She gave us a very nice, clean upgraded room and we were very comfortable. The outside of the motel was not in good condition but rooms were nice.O
We stayed in the superior room and absolutely loved it. The owner has a great sense of style. All the amenities were very nice and the room was very clean. Great view outside. 15 min drive from downtown hot springs, which is not bad. 10 minute drive to lots of restaurants.
I honestly only still stayed there because I was on vacation and didn’t want to have to go through the trouble of finding somewhere else to stay for the number of people that were with me and interfere with our stay in Arkansas but I will never book here again.
I didn't eat the food because if the hotel feels dirty then the food won't be good as well. You guys really need to upgrade and have the maids really clean.when you waik in a room it should feel and look clean.and it wasn't like that at all
The hotel staff was very friendly. The hotel is in a great location and close to plenty of eating places. The room was clean and the bed was super comfy. This will definitely be our go to hotel whenever we’re in Hot Springs.
Retro boutique hotel! I stayed in a 50's Western themed room! Loved it. Also, I walked to historic downtown Hot Springs, so no need to worry about parking!
Ii loved everything about the room and my stay but it was toocdark I didn't like the lighting could use brighter light bulbs because I like a lot of light
